I've been working on some configuration changes to the video encoder and playback, so I could use some feedback on the viewing of this video in terms of smoothness, speed of download, etc.
This is just some random video from the board test that I pulled off of a larger video that I'll be uploading once I get these encoder issues worked out.

When you first clicked on it and it played, did it "stutter" at all or stop playback waiting for the server?
Dave, that clip loaded way faster and played much more smoothly for me than any other video does on youtube/vimeo/etc... Looks good!!
Yep.. same here.. loaded super fast and played smooth.
It doesn't load frommy iPhone.
Don, no videos aside from youtube load on iphones.
Looks great, I liked the video from your weekend session too, but it looked much colder!
But I was toasty inside my drysuit! LOL
